Peru Guardian del Bosque — dry process (anaerobic). Bold, jammy, unapologetic: dried strawberry, mangosteen, freesia, and that unmistakable Fruit Loops sweetness.

Guatemala Acatenango — washed. Crystalline and composed: jasmine pearls, red pear, persimmon, Meyer lemon.

Brew them side by side and you'll taste exactly what fermentation does to a coffee. It's the clearest lesson in processing you can get in a single sitting — and honestly, the most fun way to drink Gesha.
