Every Sunday morning, I hand-deliver one small-batch single-origin Gesha — roasted yesterday on my Aillio Bullet, sealed straight from the cooling tray. The origin rotates with what's exceptional that month: this week's drop might be a washed Acatenango Gesha; next week's might be an anaerobic Peru lot; the one after might be a wildcard from Ethiopia or Colombia I couldn't say no to.

The one thing that doesn't change: it's Gesha. It's roasted Saturday. It's at your door Sunday. And it's chosen by someone whose tasting notebook is in the same garage as the roaster.
